Stance has turned socks into one of the world's most exciting accessories in less than five years. Its founders saw a category that had been ignored, taken for granted, looked over, and dismissed. By creating life into something that had been overlooked, it ignited a movement of art and self-expression that has drawn athletes, performers, and iconic cultural influencers to the brand--a group called the Punks & Poets. By underpinning its creative roots with a relentless focus on technical innovation, Stance ensured that its socks are now found in over 40 countries on the feet of those who dare to be different.

Stance searches for the stories of self-expression and directs the spotlight on the characters who are true originals.

Responsibilities

​

  • Managed direct relationships with renowned and developing artists, musicians, and other creative professionals as well as PR agencies, celebrity collaborators, and cultural leaders with discretion and confidentiality

  • Developed/executed seasonal Go-to-Market campaigns, produced supporting editorial content and created seasonal reports for executives, board of investors and stakeholders

  • Lead bi-weekly inter-departmental meetings for project management coordination

  • Designed/produced B2B and D2C events and represented the brand at various trade shows and conferences to grow the women's channel to 1/3 of the overall business

  • Delivered live B2B marketing presentations to 500+ international external sales representatives semiannually to increase product sales at strategic global retail partners
